About Us
Hey there! We're ESpero for Innovative Philanthropy, a group of passionate individuals driven by the belief that small acts of kindness can create big ripples of change. Our story began with a heartfelt letter from a retired Ukrainian soldier during the Russo-Ukrainian war. Moved by his story, we set out to make a difference.
Our Story
Starting with a simple mission to help war refugees through art and cultural preservation, we quickly realized the depth of need and opportunity around us. Through receiving stories of many, we gained firsthand insight into the struggles of refugees. This experience ignited a fire within us, propelling ESpero into a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to tackling human rights violations head-on.
Today, we're a tight-knit community of over 120 volunteers spread across Canada, the US, and Southeast Asia. At ESpero, we believe in the power of youth to effect real change. So, join us on our journey as we continue to spread hope, one project at a time!
